Recommended Scissor Steps for Varying Distance From Door to Ground

Question:

I really like the Brophy AS23, but read that they are good for 24-30 inch ground to door distances. My door is 26 inch off the ground, but will sometimes be parked next to a curb. Assuming the curb could decrease my height requirement by as much as 8 inch - my door could end up being only 18 inch off the ground. Would the AS23 still work in this scenario? If not, do you have a scissor step that would work well for me?

I took a look at each of the scissor steps we carry and there are not any available that have the range of 18" to 26" you are looking for. You are not going to want to use the Brophy Camper Scissor Steps # AS23, which have a range of 24" to 30" when your door is 18" off the ground so your best option would be to use both the # AS23 steps as well as the Brophy # AS02 which have a height range of 18" to 23".
