From my research and our available inventory, the maximum speed rating for a 5.70-8 trailer tire like Item # AM10013 is 65 mph. I do not know what your current tires are rated for but they might say somewhere on the sidewall. For example, an "L" rating has a maximum speed of 75 mph and an "M" rating has a maximum speed of 81 mph. Whatever the speed rating, do not exceed it because it will cause heat to build up in your tire which can cause it to fail.
Radial tires are generally better for highway speeds but you may have trouble finding them for your needed size. You could consider looking at tires that have a larger diameter that would fit your wheels and have a higher speed rating. I would not recommend this option. Before going any further regarding increasing your tire size you would need to make sure you have at least 3 inches of clearance between the tire tread and the underside of the fender.
I wish I had a better answer to give you. I am attaching some additional information on tires that might help.
