Does T-Handle Latch PLR5730 Come with Rods

Yes, the T-Handle Latch part # PLR5710 that you referenced does come with rods that attach to the door and pull in on the door releases as the latch is turned. I attached a picture that shows a similar latch and the rods it comes with to show you what I mean.
