Can you sell already installed the Curt Hitch C45340 and ball C40008? Any suggestion? Thanks,

I do have a solution for you, but we do not install parts like the Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount # C45340 and 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C40008 before shipping them out. Any ball mounts that come with a hitch ball installed come like that directly from the manufacturer.

If you do not need the full 17,000 lb capacity of the ball mount # C45340 that you referenced then you can use the Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount # C45331 which is essentially the same exact ball mount with a 2-5/16" hitch ball already installed. This combination is rated for 15,000 lbs Gross Towing Weight (GTW) so you will want to make sure that you will not be at that capacity.
