Question:
Hello, I understand the ball on item #C45331 is pre-torqued in the position thanks for answering my previous question. Do you have a 2 5/16inch ball on a 2inch hitch ball mount thats installed and pre-torqued in a 1inch rise position? Thanks!

Since we do not have a version of the # C45331 with the setup in the rise position instead of the drop position your best option would be to remove the ball and reinstall it in the rise position or go with the part # C45340 and # C40008 which you could then attach to the ball mount in the rise position.
The demand for ball mounts in the drop position is much more than in the rise position as tow vehicles generally are getting taller and taller while trailers mainly are staying same height. That's why the option you want isn't available in a pre-mounted/torqued setup.
