Will these crossbars fit my 2018 LE Plus?

The Inno Square Crossbars # INB127 referenced in your question will work great on your 2018 Toyota Highlander LE Plus as long as it has a naked roof (no existing side rails or crossbars). To complete the roof rack you will just need # INSUT for the Inno Feet and # INK666 for the Custom Fit Kit. This will give you a very nice, sturdy roof rack system with a weight capacity of 220 pounds.
If your Highlander has flush mounted rails on the roof that run front to back, you will instead want the Inno Square Crossbars # INB137. These are the same square bars referenced above but just a bit longer at 54 inches. To complete this system you will need # INSUT for the Feet and # INTR153 for the Fit Kit.
