Thanks for the info on the B&w now I have another question on my 15silverado 1500 6 1/2 ‘ box 4wd and a Reese 16k slider model30051 what are the rail options and what would be the differences in the kits

The correct part number for the B and W Gooseneck hitch for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 short bed is the part # BWGNRK1057 which means for just the rails and not the hitch center section you'd want the part # BWGNRM1057.

To install a Reese slider hitch in a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch you need the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310. This fits the B and W hitch and provides you with a set of rails that are compatible with the Reese hitch.
