Question:
What dimensions are the parts? Screw thread and length? Nut length x width x thickness? Need to know this info as I has an alternate application for these parts.

I went out to the warehouse to measure Hardware for Mounting LP51 Series License Plate Lights Item # LP52HP for you.
The screws are 0.25 inch screws with an overall height of 0.51 inches and threaded height of 0.35 inches.
The washers have an outer diameter of 0.61 inches, inner diameter of 0.26 inches, and are 0.03 inches thick.
The nuts are 0.81 inches long by 0.5 inches wide overall. The threaded part is 0.14 inches tall. The plate thickness is 0.08 inches.
