I do have a way for you to lock your bikes to the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack part # S63400 but unless you either have the key number off of the missing key or the key number on locking core, then it would be hard to find a replacement. Instead you can use the Replacement Cable for Swagman Bike Rack and Hitch Locks part # S2005 to lock your bikes to the bike rack and the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks part # S64029 to lock the bike rack to the trailer hitch.
