Question:
I have a Swagman bike hitch key that is twisted, and will no longer open the lock. Do you carry replacement keys, key #79697 or do I have to buy the pin, key lock and key? The pin is at least 5 inches long

Expert Reply:
Individual replacement keys are not available from Swagman, so in order to replace one, you'll need to purchase the lock, which will include a pair of keys.
If your Swagman hitch bike rack uses a dedicated 2" shank, the correct lock is part # S64027 (4-3/8" span). If your bike rack uses an 1-1/4" or 1-1/4" with 2" adapter, the correct lock is part # S64029 (4-1/2" span). I've attached a video link for each lock that goes into more detail about the dimensions of each.
