Installation of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, item # 75614, on your 2011 Acura MDX, will not require the purchase of a bumper kit. The hitch will install with the receiver just below the rear fascia of your MDX. We have a Photo of the # 75614 hitch installed on a 2008 MDX for your reference.
