For your 2015 Honda Pilot, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56170. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Honda Pilot's factory tow package wiring harness. The connection point for the 4-way harness is located behind the rear bumper. The converter plugs into the factory wiring harness behind the interior access panel in your rear cargo area. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery.
The best way to access this cover is to fold the rear seat forward and then remove the cover on the drivers side near the folded rear seat. You will need to use a small flat head screwdriver or plastic pry tool to remove this cover.
