Question:
I have a 1992 Ford F250 with a 10 inch bumper. Will the Curt p/n C15300 trailer receiver hitch fit?

According to my contacts at Curt Manufacturing, the Class V Receiver you referenced, part # C15300 will work with a stock bumper only. Your 10 inch bumper comes down too far for the receiver opening to clear the bumper.
I am told that the Class III Receiver, part # C13099 will most likely work with your bumper. The top of the receiver opening is 7-1/4 inches below the top of the mounting flanges. To confirm that it will work on your truck, measure down 7-1/4 inches from the bottom of the frame member, and see if this will clear the bottom of your bumper.
If you are needing the extra capacity provided by that Class V receiver, your best bet would be to use a stock bumper. If you are interested in a replacement bumper, you can view our offerings by clicking on the provided link.
