I am going to purchase a set of #IMF18800 ratchet straps. I am wondering what the hole diameter is in the ratchet so I can pre drill the holes this weekend, what size are the mounting bolts are provided

The mounting bolts that come with the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Straps # IMF18800 are 3/8" diameter x 1-3/4" long.
