If you've dealt with turnbuckles that rattle, rust, or need constant adjustment, you're not alone. These stay quiet, hold tension, and work with ApexAnchors to keep your camper steady and secure without the constant second-guessing.
The FastGun Apex turnbuckles use a lever-action handle that locks in place quickly and easily. Once adjusted, they stay in position between trips and are quick to recheck. And you don't need a wrench to do it.
Each turnbuckle is spring-loaded to absorb stress during travel. This helps protect your camper and tie-down points from long-term damage caused by road vibration or shifting loads.
Integrated tension indicators show when you've hit the correct 300-lb setting. Even in tight spaces, it's easy to check and gives you confidence that your setup is properly tensioned in before you hit the road.
These turnbuckles are designed to work seamlessly with TorkLift's ApexAnchors and internal anchor-point campers like Cirrus, Four Wheel Campers, Travel Lite, and Scout. They adjust from 33-1/4" to 43" to fit a wide range of truck and camper setups.
Crafted from stainless steel, these turnbuckles resist rust and corrosion from road salt, mud, and moisture. They're built to last through years of hauling and weather, without failing you when it matters most.

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Torklift FastGun Apex Truck Camper Turnbuckles. Now folks, these are gonna be for your Apex anchors. You're gonna get quantity two and they are a quick disconnect lever, so they're gonna give you a fast setup and take down with a very simple, easy to use handle, no tools required. So zooming in here, you can see this head assembly a lot better.
You have your safety pin here, which is spring loaded. So you simply pull that out. And now at this point, you can actually use the handle on the turnbuckle, you know, adjust the hook as needed, and then tighten it down. Once you've got it cinched down in place, you simply put that safety pin right back in place where you took it out. And now everything here is preset as far as tension.
Taking the guesswork out, it's set to 300 pound tension. And then of course you've got the traditional threaded rod here with the hook. You can certainly twist that, you know, up or down. And these are designed per torque lift. You can cut these to a correct length, that these are way too long and you need 'em shorter, you can trim them down.
Just make sure you're measuring everything before you do anything like that, maybe call us or call the manufacturer even if you need to to make sure you're doing that correctly. So again, precise tension every time, they have a built-in spring mechanism to absorb the shock and prevent the camper from shifting. It is made and designed for truck campers with internal anchor points only. Now these do work also, if you don't have those internal anchor points, maybe you have 'em on the outside and you wanna put these on the outside of the truck frame, you can potentially use them out there as well. We do also carry different options for that as well.
They're stainless steel construction, that's a polished stainless steel, so it's very elegant, shiny, and it's gonna resist rust and corrosion so you're not replacing hardware every few years. So as you probably already know, Torklift's been around for ages. They make amazing products. They test the heck out of everything that they do, and they test them with lots of different brands of embed campers and those kind of things. So you can be sure that they're gonna be working for you the way you need 'em to work. Folks, again, I'm Steve here with etrailer.com. That's gonna wrap it up for our look together at these Torklift FastGun Apex Truck Camper Tie Down Turnbuckles. Have a good one.
