Received my bearing buddy seal kit and have a question. Should the seal be driven flush with hub or driven down till it bottoms out on stop? Thx

When installing the double-lip grease seals like # BB60001 that are needed when using Bearing Buddy bearing protectors like # BB1980A-SS you want to install the rear grease seals as gently as you can, to avoid any deformation of their shape, and only until they are flush with the rear hub bore.

If you have a 1" straight spindle then it uses L44643 inner and outer bearings therefore the correct Spindle Grease Seal Set for Bearing Buddy is part #BB60001.
