Recommended Replacement Spindle for a 1963 Small Boat Trailer

Hi, A couple of days ago i asked about my boat trailer grease seals were leaking badly. After taking it apart i seen that the spot that the grease seal rubs on is ruff. Probably wore out the seal. Please see picture. Do you carry an axle sleeve repair kit? The trailer is a 1965 small boat trailer. Outer bearing # 44643 - 1 inch inner diameter. Inner bearing # 44643 - 1 inch inner diameter. Seal inside diameter is 1.25 Seal outside diameters are 1.983 inches thank you

Unfortunately, no we do not carry axe sleeve repair kits, so your options would be to replace the entire axle, the spindle, or you can just use the Spindle Grease Seal Set for L44643 Inner Bearing and 1.980 Bearing Buddy # BB60001.
This kit is designed to fix the exact issue you're having by providing a new surface for the grease seal to ride on which would be the same as using a new spindle but would be significantly cheaper and easier to do.
