Will this roof rack support or work with a Kayak cradle, if yes do you have a part number. also, the roof rack will be installed on a 1987 Suzuki Samurai, Tin Top .

Inno roof rack # INB117 and # INLD for your 1987 Suzuki Samurai will work with kayak carriers. You can use SportRack Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - J-Style - Fixed Arms - Roof Mount Item # SR5511 or any of the carriers I have linked for you.
