The three B and W Offset Gooseneck Balls are designed for three different applications. The part # BWGNXA4085 is the one that fits nearly all of the Turnoverballs whereas the part # BWGNXA4685 fits the # BWGNRK1309 (newer Ram trucks) and the part # BWGNXA4585 fits the # BWGNRK1257 (newer Toyota trucks).
