i have a 1990 Toyota winnebago Warrior with a bumper that holds the waste line. Will your trailer hitches fit my vehicle without modification

The two hitches we offer for the 1990 Toyota pickup are shown on the linked page. These are intended for the standard pickup, not for the versions produced by RV makers, which naturally have additional structures and equipment.
You can get a reasonable idea about compatibility by finding the hitch mounting points on the truck's frame. Both the Draw-Tite # 75031 and the Curt # 13086 share a similar design based on the frame mounting points where they will attach. Both bolt to the outsides of the frame rails as shown in the linked installation instructions.
Please refer to the linked diagram I prepared for you. I went to our warehouse and measured the vertical spacing between the centers of the two holes highlighted on the hitch mounting bracket. This hole-center to hole-center spacing is 8-1/2-inches. If you can find the upper mounting point on your frame (the hole that mates with the upper hole on the bracket) and you measure down 8-1/2-inches you will be at the approximate point where the hitch cross tube would be once installed.
We also offer adjustable RV hitches made to fit a wide range of RV and trailer frames. One of these could potentially work for you. The best odds are with Curt RV hitch # C13701 which fits frame widths from 18- to 51-inches and that has 2-inches of drop at the receiver tube which will only improve odds of a usable fit by giving you more clearance at the Warrior's bumper.
If neither of these options works you may still be able to have a custom hitch fabricated by a local shop that can measure the clearance needed for a receiver to clear your bumper.
