The CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE11050 will fit 7/16"-20 wheel studs and it has 20 threads per inch. It also has the standard 60-Degree coned design.
As long as the studs and wheels on your 1983 Chevrolet K10 meets these requirements then you can most certainly use this lug nut on your truck.
