I have a follow up question. What the max torque spec on ce11050?

The CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE11050 will fit 7/16"-20 wheel studs and it has 20 threads per inch. It also has the standard 60-Degree coned design.

As long as the studs and wheels on your 1983 Chevrolet K10 meets these requirements then you can most certainly use this lug nut on your truck.

The torque specs on the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE11050 that you referenced will all depend on what kind of studs that you have. I have attached a sheet that you can use to find the correct torque specs.
