Differences Between Curt Hitches C13214 and C13337 For 2016 Lexus NX 200t

Question:
What is the difference between the curt C13214 and C13337 other than price? The specifications look the same to me.

Actually the two hitches are almost the same. The # C13214 is getting replaced by the part # C13337.
There is a subtle difference with the front part of the mounting brackets (rear-most on vehicle) likely so that they can extend the vehicle year range it fits.
