Looking at Kenda S-trail ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12inch Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D - AM31206 to replace current steel rims on a tear trailer i built. Are these tires load rated for 65 mph?
