Question:
Ive got a 1969 Frolic camper. Its gotta have a 3500lb single axle. I was looking at your brake kit right/left electric for the 10inch drum. Measurements of of pads 2-1/4 as required. I saw from post these can work on older camper axles. Although original parts slightly different dimensions appear okay. Should this work?

The Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35 are designed to be used with 3,500 lb. axles with 10-1/2" x 2-1/4" brake drums. In order to determine if these brakes will fit your trailer axle. You will need to do a bit of measuring.
The brakes fit axles that have a 2-3/8" diameter, hubs compatible with 10" brakes and a 4-bolt brake mounting flange. If you do not have a 4 bolt brake mounting flange, you can use the Brake Mounting Flange for 2-3/8" Round Axle part # 4-35. As long as you have an axle diameter of 2-3/8"and your wheels are between 13" to 15", then these brakes will work for you.
I have attached a review video for this product for you.
