Hey Bill, welcome back! Installation of the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM24RF does require drilling two 1/2" holes to mount the skid plate. These holes are in the crossmember, not in the main frame rails. The included hardware and backing plates clamp everything together so it won’t weaken the frame and keeps you within Mercedes guidelines.

Do any front anti sway/stabilizers exist that do not require drilling during install? Any suggestions to help with sway of camper? The snap pads are great!!

@BillW this is the only one we have available, I'm not aware of any others for the front. Anti-sway bars are definitely the best option to cut that down. You can upgrade the rear if you haven't already with # HE77YR, that is usually the more important of the two. This doesn't require drilling and fits dually models like yours. If you really don't want to drill on the front the next best thing is probably the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-106-47.
