My research into the Cushman Truckster utility vehicle suggests this came with 4-lug wheels that were indeed fitted with 5.70-8 size tires. Such wheels and tires are displayed on the page I linked for you. I also linked a helpful article on trailer tires.
Some very old wheels used a slightly different 4-lug pattern, 4-on-4-3/4-inches, for which we do not have wheels. A second linked article will show you how to measure to confirm which 4-bolt pattern you have.
For example, for a Load Range C tire on a 4-on-4 wheel you could use Kenda # AM30120
