Question:
If I was to purchase the JET-3500 for my 24-Trailer for my Church. What accessories would I need for it work work properly. Do I need to splice into the trailer wiring or do I need to purchase a 12-volt battery. Do I need a holder for the battery?

The Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack, # JET-3555, runs off a 12 volt battery. The best source for power would be from a 12 volt battery (like a car battery) mounted on the trailer.
The red power wire on the Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack, # JET-3500, is the power wire and it will attach to the positive battery terminal on your trailer battery. First, remove the fuse in the in-line fuse holder on the red wire. Mount the jack to the trailer and tighten it down. The jack grounds through the mounting hardware. Then connect the red wire to the positive battery terminal. The last step is to insert the fuse in the fuse holder.
If you have a separate battery mounted on the trailer, a 7-Way trailer connectors 12 volt circuit can be used to maintain (but not up charge) that battery.
For a box to install the battery on your trailer and protect it I would recommend the Tow-Rax Battery Box # TWSP12B.
