Question:
What size tap would I use to chase the mounting bolt threads on this hitch for a 2012 Acura MDX. Thank you.

The size bolts that come with the hitch part # 13354 are M14 - 1.5 x 35 HEX and M14 - 1.5 x 40 HEX.
That means the tap size you would need is M14 - 1.5. I also attached a help article that covers how to clean weld nuts for when installing a hitch like what you are doing.

Do you sell the 14 mm by 1.5 thread tap? Should i buy a bottoming tap? Thanks for the info
