What Size Hitch Bolt Comes with Curt Hitch # C67ER
Updated 06/20/2023 | Published 06/19/2023 >
Question:
On C67ER for a 2022 Kia Carnival what exactly are the bolt size and thread as supplied? States M12, but what is thread pitch? The threads on 3 holes of underside of passenger side are rusted and must be cut, as well as 1 bolt getting chewed on tip now. M12-1.75 or 1.5 maybe?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The bolts that come with the Curt hitch # C67ER are M12-1.25 which based on seeing your picture I would recommend using this size tap to clean out your threads and you'll be good.
