Question:
Hello! I want to build a trailer for my specific need. I want to use original Rubicon mags on it. The bolt pattern is 5 on 5. Is the part #Item # 84556UC3-EZ ok for me? How this part is attached to the axel? Thanks for your answers! I will be my first trailer -

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84556UC3-EZ referenced in your answer is a 5 on 5 inch assembly that is designed for most 3,500 pound axles. The drum dimensions are 10 inch diameter x 2-1/4 inches wide. This will slide over the axle spindle on the trailer you are building. Whether this assembly will be compatible will depend on the capacity of the axle you have and also the spindle dimensions. I have attached an image that shows the different measurements you can take on a spindle with a digital caliper like # PTW80157 in order to find matching parts.
I recommend verifying the wheel bolt pattern on the Rubicons you are wanting to use. I did some research and there is a chance yours have a different metric pattern that we may not offer hub assemblies for. I have attached a helpful article that details how to determine the bolt pattern on a wheel.
I have also attached a video review of this hub and drum assembly as well as a link that will take you to our available selection.
