Availability of Dexter Axle Brake Assemblies K23-026-00 and K23-027-00

I actually have 5x5 wheels so I'm not sure how that will affect those part numbers you supplied?

We do have the regular Dexter Axle brakes and their Nev-R-Adjust equivalents.

The regular (manually adjusted) brakes that you are wanting are listed as part # 23-26 for the Left Hand side and part # 23-27 for the Right Hand side. Their Nev-R-Adjust equivalents are parts # 23-468 and # 23-469 respectively.

The Dexter Axle hub and drum assemblies that we have for a 3,500 lb axle use the Inner Bearing # L68149 and Outer Bearing # L44649. If you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern then you want assembly # 84546UC3 for a standard spindle or part # 84546UC3-EZ for an EZ Lube spindle. If instead you have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern you want the assembly # 84656UC3 for a standard spindle or part # 84656UC3-EZ for an EZ Lube spindle.

For the Dexter Axle hub and drum assemblies that use the same bearings we have part # 84556UC3 for the standard spindle and part # DX68XR for the EZ Lube spindle. Both of these assemblies have a 5 on 5" bolt pattern like you mentioned you have.
