It was packed in a wimpy box and destroyed when it got here. A lot of the parts are missing. please replace ASAP as i need this trailer for a move.

The holes in the shackle straps are punched out. Holes often require reaming to get the bolt through them.

These suspension kits include the same, or better, quality parts as are available at a national farm supply store at less than half the price. Probably because all of the parts are sold separately at the chain store.
We were missing (2) bolts and (4) nuts for this suspension kit.

replaced right side on trailer and will finish left side tomorrow everything fit perfectly what would you suggest for the torque spec for the bolts i will see how long this Chinese stuff with last

Old ones were hs going up making for a rough ride. Parts fit perfectly have hauled several cars and a load of tile for a couple shower installs. Parts working great.

Purchased a couple of these kits to rebuild my twin axle trailer. All of the parts in the kit looked to be of high quality and fit my trailer well. After one year of use, the parts are still working.
This what I needed and installed easily.
Everything fit perfect. my only minor issue was that I was expecting the lock nuts to have a nylon insert to prevent loosening. After a little google research, I realized they were lock nuts, indicated by a very small indent on 2 sides of the nut. Apparently, this ever so slightly deforms the nut to make it not loosen once torqued on.
Unfortunately these are horrible quality. Nothing about them is the same none of the holes are spaced, centered or equally measured compared to the others let alone on each side of the same bracket. The bolts and shackle straps are OK. But they eveners are not round or squared up on both. width is also different.
This is a great kit for often overlooked maintenance. My trailer is pulling like new again and its about 15 years old now. The install was easy, one trick I did do was press the knurled ends of the bolts into the shackle strap in place of trying to pull it though with a nut though the entire assembly. very much worth it to refresh your trailers suspension
Purchased several axle and suspension/mounting parts from etrailer. Parts are always of good quality and work well. Shipping times are always reasonable. Plan to continue using them as a supplier for my trailer parts.

Parts I received looked good - Melissa said she’s going to send a replacement kit out . Maybe consider better packaging since shipping compAnys play football with the packages. GREAT Job UPS
Leaf spring hangers are near the top of the list of things that will break on a 5th wheel, so having a spare set is a good idea. I've broken 2 in the past 3 years. This kit is packed into an 8"x 8"x 4" box, so it's small enough to pack away and be there when you need it.

Its been over a year and several more trips with the 5th—happily, no new issues with the hanger. I keep a small chest filled with spare parts for the truck and trailer in the basement. Over 5 years and 20,000+ miles of towing, Ive used just about everything in there. Adding the hangers is a no-brainer.
