I reached out to the my tech fit contact at Curt and he said that there is no modification needed to install the Curt Front Mounted Hitch # C31077 to your 2016 Nissan Titan XD Pro-4X. You will remove the tow hooks for installation and then reinstall them. He said you will retain your skidplate and no modification even drilling will be required.
