The only issue of concern was related to installation of factory tow hooks with this hitch. I thought I read in one of the etrailer question responses that you could re-install them with this hitch. In my opinion, the bolts are not long enough. As such, I didn't re-install them, just to be safe.
Really thought tow hooks would go back on. After hours of fooling with it, called etrailer and was informed they do not. Just mounted today, fit and finish seems good. Word to the wise, have short 19mm sockets or a ratcheting wrench and some way to support the hitch while trying to mount. All in all install. Also a good piece of tape to hold the rear washer would help. We go the rack to hold our eBikes when pulling the camper, time will tell on longevity. Best of luck to you. FYI if you want to keep the tow hooks, you need a long bolt as the etrailer.com rep told me.
Install on the Curt - Titan XD front hitch was super simple. I have a FabFours Vengeance aftermarket front bumper, and I was concerned about clearance with the front receiver. There’s easily a good 3/4” of an inch clearance. The OE tow hooks cannot be reused (because the bumper hangs down a bit too low), but that’s not the fault of the hitch, and the hitch essentially already has three different tow points on it anyway. So the OE hooks aren’t a necessity. Total install time took about 7 minutes, working by myself. Having a ratcheting box end wrench is a big time-saver on the front bolts, and the hitch cross-member blocks direct access to the bolt head. The receiver feels very stout.

The front hitch was perfect fit for my 2021 Nissan Titan XD , BUT better instructions for install and 1/2 inch longer bolt hardware would be make it easier and better, especially when re-using oem tow hooks. They will fit back in place re-using oem bolts. I plan on getting longer ones make sure they are secure into oem welded nuts. 4 out of 5 for these 2 items mentioned.
*Tips on instructions, be clear that front bolts must be put in place,and held with rubber bands or tape, before raising hitch into place,start them first leave loose. They are to long to put in hitch if you start wih the hitch in place and just start the back 2 bolts first. Also set hitch on a floor or scissor jack for easy one man install.
This hitch also fits a Nissan NV 3500 - mine is a 2017. I was able to use the bolts and washers that came with the hitch and instead of using the supplied spaces I was able to reinstall the OEM tow hooks. Exact fit. No modifications needed. Very pleased.
Well made Curt product. Bolts issued with kit do not fit, as they are coarse thread. The Nissan OEM bolt and welded nut are machine thread. I just reused the Nissan OEM bolts. My truck is a 2016 SL. The spacers were not needed; I saw online directions they are for the Pro 4X models. I did use all the washers (the 2 separate washers to level the rear bolt fitting. I did not reinstall the OEM tow hooks, as the bolt length would be insufficient and it would create unnecessary stress upon the install.

I've had this front receiver hitch on my pickup for a year now, and it's be great! I have used it to move trailers around, but I primarily use it for my hammock that can be used in my hitch. I also use the front receiver to haul long loads of wood (longer than 30ft even, and it's been great for that.
I did not receive any hardware with the hitch receiver. Th hitch looks well made.

Typically, we wrap the install instructions and the hardware in plastic and place it in the receiver tube. I'll have our Customer Service folks reach out to you.
Outstanding, perfect fit , great for my snowplow and tow ball in summer. Paint is holding up good.
The website initially showed delivery on 6/19 for all shipping methods and a few hours after placing the order, the delivery date changed to 6/21. Besides this hiccup, the receiver was just as I expected and it was installed quickly on my Nissan NV3500.
Installed this front hitch on my Titan XD. Easy installation with all the necessary hardware included. Fast and easy.
It is what it is. Hard to put on by yourself. 4 bolts. Do not use the hardware that is provided in the kit. Use the bolts that come off your truck.It’ll be easy that way..
Great hitch easy to install and did a great job when used.
Perfect fit. Kept the airdam and tow hooks. No trimming, slipped right in.
