How I can define the drop I need, do I have to considere a drop due to the weight of the tongue ? I have a f150 the top of my receiver are 20 inch from the ground and the bottom of the tongue of my travel trailer are 16 inch. the tongue weight are 700lbs unload

Thanks for the dimensions you listed! You are going to need a ball mount with a drop of right at 4 inches. To accommodate for suspension sag you might go with a little bit less of a drop but 4 inches really would work well still.
The Curt ball mount part # C45332 has a 4 inch drop and has a 15k capacity, plus comes with a hitch ball so it would be a great choice.
