Need A hitch to mount to the frame so I can pull a 12 foot trailer with a golf cart

The # 13703 that you referenced will be your best option as it can basically fit all frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches apart on center. Plus the hitch has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs.
