Need a safe way for your child to get in and out of their bed during those summer camping trips? This sturdy bunk bed ladder attaches to the side of their bed so they can quickly and carefully climb up when it's time to go to sleep. Because it's made of durable aluminum construction, it won't rust if the kids accidentally spill a drink.
The stepping areas are grooved to give your child's feet some traction while they're climbing the ladder. If your kids forget to take their shoes off, they also help trap mud and debris onto the ladder so that their sheets won't get quite as dirty. And unlike other ladders that have sharp metal steps, the steps on this ladder have rubber padding that will be comfortable and soft on your child's bare feet.
This ladder has a universal design because you're able to cut it to fit most RV bunk beds. Simply remove the rubberized feet and use a cutter or hacksaw (not included) to trim the ladder so it's a perfect fit. Keep in mind that the ladder should be tilted at an angle between 11 degrees and 12 degrees in order for it to provide the full weight capacity. Then re-install the rubber feet, which prevent the ladder from shifting around while your child climbs.
This ladder installs in 2 different ways. If you don't want to do any drilling, you can use the pre-installed hooks to position the ladder anywhere you want along the rail of your bunk bed.
On the other hand, if the pre-installed hooks are too large to fit your bunk rail or if you want a more permanent setup, you can use the included mounting brackets and hardware to bolt the ladder onto the side of the bunk bed. To mount the ladder, replace the larger, pre-installed hooks at the top with the smaller hooks. Then attach the brackets onto the bunk rail, making sure they're 11" apart, before mounting the ladder.
Regardless of which installation option you choose, you'll be able to remove the lightweight ladder in the morning and carry it to storage. It's compact enough that you can tuck it away into a smaller closet or into one of the bunk beds during the day to clear up more space to walk.

This thing has held up perfectly.
use it in a van to get to a bed. with 3 girls traveling cross country, It has held up perfectly.
We changed the over-the-cab entertainment set-up in our Minnie Winnie to a bunk, and needed a ladder to access it. We constructed our bed platform ourselves, so there were no hooks for the ladder. We used a sturdy shower curtain rod, laid it beside the mattress to hook the ladder on, and it works perfectly! It is a sturdy ladder, and lightweight, so it’s easy to throw up on the bunk as we travel. We definitely recommend this ladder!
I purchased this ladder and it meets all of my expectations and works perfectly in our new travel trailer. The bigger story here is about the outstanding customer service I received from etrailer when there was a mix up regarding the product I purchased and it was partially my fault. I desired to order the black order, but received the chrome ladder. I contacted etrailer and they sent the black ladder out to me immediately even before I sent the chrome ladder back. They also e-mailed me labels to be printed to send the chrome ladder back free of charge to me and made clarifications to their website. Its been quite awhile since I have received this type of "customer first" attitude and I will not shortly forget it. I will go to etrailer first for anything I need for my travel trailer.
Recieved as promised on time. Beautiful piece well packaged. Solved our old problem of getting in and out of overhead bed.
Few little modifications and done.
Great ladder...light weight... good footing steps .....easy to cut to size....only thing was figuring the degrees angle which it is to slant against the RV overhead bed as it says 11 degrees..but I got it.. and the ladder came on time as requested...very happy

I love the step stool...and the ladder is great...highly recommend your company
The ladder I purchased was not to be used in a trailer, I live on top of a mountain with woods all around and I have a tall fence around my back yard to keep the deer and other wildlife out. However I feed the birds with feeders on the outside of the fence, along with a mommy Raccoon and babies. I needed a light yet strong ladder to get me up high enough to hang my feeders. The ladder works fine, the only change I would make if I could would be to make the steps a little wider. My wildlife families thank you. Pat
Purchased a bunk bed ladder, reasonable shipping time, easy to install and works great. Would buy again from this company for sure.

Still working fine, no issues.
The ladder is just what I needed. It is light weight, but holds my 200lbs. I had to cut it down about 10 inches to fit in my camper. I use the J hooks it came with for easy removal.
etrailer's service is great and it took less time than anticipated. I like the way you can track every step of the way. Keep up the good work and products you sell.
We have had this ladder for one year and are very satisfied. The original ladder had fewer rungs on the ladder which were harder to reach and made it difficult to get out of the bunk bed. This ladder has more steps and makes it easier to use.
The ladder is great, light and heavy duty. The service of etrailer.com is great.

Always good
First, I need to thank George, Luke and Jean for their great customer service. I recieved a personal thanks email for my order, my shipping was upgraded without cost to me, I was notified that my shipment was on the way, recieved my order earlier than expected and then received another email to confirm i received my order in good condition.
when i ordered the product it cost more than I expected, but when I received the product 60" rv bunk ladder it was better quality than I expected. It was sturdy, slip guards on the steps, hardward was good quality and was crafted properly. I havent installed the ladder because I need to cut to adjust height. However this was expected and the postion of the steps will allow me to make this a good fit.
This ladder comes with hooks and mounting hardware, which is great for having options. The design is nice that you can taylor both ends to get your exact fit for your application.
I was able to cut both ends and just push the nut s at the top into the fresh cut ends
The ladder feels plenty strong and stable.
Product is Sturdy and works very well. It is now easy and safe for my Grand daughter to climb in and out of the top bunk! The only minor issue is I have to keep tightening the screw holding the top left bracket; It works it's way loose over a week's time
We love this ladder!! We have a Safari Trek motor home. The queen size bed comes down from the ceiling over two couches that fold out into a king size bed. This ladder is great for when we have guest sleeping below the queen bed, easy to climb down. The steps are flat which makes it comfortable. Lite weight and stores easily. Very fast shipping, had it in 3 days after we placed our order. I highly recommend this ladder to everyone!
The ladder works as advertised and fulfills the need we had for easier access to the top bunk in our trailer.
Bonas is service and attention e-trailer's customers receive.
Very sturdy ladder. It has rubber feet so it doesn't slide. I left the hooks off for easy storage.
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The ladder is very well made. It was about 12 inches too tall for the bunk I bought it for, but I was able to easily trim it to the right length and then replaced the rubber on the ends without any problems. A great ladder at a great price! Thanks etrailer.com!!
I bought this to give access for grandkids to climb up into bed over drivers/passenger seat on a renovated class C motor home. The ladder is perfect. Easy to store when not in use. It handles my 235 lbs with no problem. The purchase of this was as easy as it gets, thanks etrailer.
This ladder made climbing into our pickup camper bed a lot easier, and just stores right on the bed! Just what we wanted and got as usual fro E-Trailer!! Thanks!
We did struggle with the screws at the top of this bunk ladder, but once we got them turned and attached this ladder to the bed in our RV, we were so pleased. Getting in and out of the bed had been a problem, this solved it.
The quality is good, sturdy and attractive and it fit our RV perfectly.
The ladder was just the right size, and handled the weights of the people that used it without any problem - good product- worked well.
Love the ladder.
CO. was great in sending the replacement parts since UPS destroyed the box and parts weren't there.
thank you for such speedy service
My daughter loved this ladder that replaced the existing narrow step ladder on her bunk bed.
Great ladder, great price!
We’ve had this ladder for over a year and it has held up very well to the use our kids have put it through.
The ladder is lightweight and easy to store.
Quality product and excellent service. When or if the need arises, we will use etrailer.com again.

The ladder is still holding up and working well. The only negative is that 1 of the screws that holds down the clip that grabs on to holder on bed frame regularly loosens. Not a big deal. I just retighten and its good for a while.
