Will the bike rack mount on a bumper mounted rv spare tire holder?

Bikes racks meant for use on the back of a trailer or RV are built extra-strong to handle the increased vertical and horizontal motion found at the back of such vehicles. Standard spare-tire-mount bike racks meant for cars, like the excellent Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack # Y02599, can't be used on an RV or trailer but we do have plenty of RV-rated bike carriers that you can choose from by clicking on the linked page.
Based on my review of photos of the Minnie Winnie 22R it appears the RV has both a rear ladder and an exposed rear bumper. Each of these features might offer you a bike rack mounting option.
If you prefer a ladder-mount rack we offer the Stromberg Carlson # LA-102 that attaches to your rear ladder.
