No Trailer Lights After Installing T-One 4-Way Connector on a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:
I installed this harness to the factory harness on the rear bumber drivers side, it plugged right in to the factory 7 pin and I put the factory plug in the other end, I don not have stop, right, left, blinkers or parking lights at the 4 pin?

Wiring harness # 118384 is just a pass-through device. It is designed to work if your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee came with the factory-activated towing package. If the Jeep does not have the factory towing package you will need to have a Jeep dealer activate it for you. Otherwise the harness will not work.
If your Jeep does have the factory tow package and it is indeed activated and the factory harness had power before you plugged in # 118384 then it is possible that in the process of installing it there was a short and blew a fuse.
