We have a lot of great hitch mounted bike rack options if you are looking to add a hitch to your 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. For a trailer hitch I recommend the Curt hitch # C11496.
For a bike rack you will be limited to 2 bikes maximum because the hitches for the vehicle are Class I hitches. I recommend going with a light weight bike rack to reduce the stress on the hitch and vehicle. The Kuat Beta, # B202-114, is a great option. It is Class I compatible, holds 2 bikes, and weighs just over 12 pounds. I have linked a video review of this bike rack for you.
If you are looking for a trunk mount rack then Saris lists several racks as a fit for current models of the 2017 Honda Accord. The most popular in the Saris line is the Bones, # SA805BL for 2 bikes. There is a 3-bike model but due to the way it mounts to the vehicle the 3-bike version is limited to 2 bikes.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
