The standard measurement on landing gear legs is 15-1/2 inches between the tabs that are on the actual legs like what you have.
The etrailer Landing Gear Set, part # RVLG-8000 can be used to replace the landing gear set you have on your 2010 Jayco Designer as it fits the standard dimensions you have.
