We are trying to find electric brakes 12-2, center hole 3.5 for a Old trailer Royal international Sportman 32 1986. Can you help?

Looks like your 1986 Royal International Sportman 32 had the older Hayes brakes. The correct replacement assemblies for this are the # 23-106-09 for the right hand assembly and # 23-105-09 for the left hand assembly.
