How Recessed Behind Front Bumper Does Curt Hitch part # C31012 Sit on 2012 GMC Yukon

Question:

I have a 2012 Yukon SLT and was wondering how much the Curt 31012 protrudes or doesnt from front of car. The existing rear receiver is almost flush with the rear-most part of the car the bumper. A front hitch will obviously not be flush with the forward-most part of the car in fact, it will be behind it, so I was wondering how far behind the forward-most part of car the receiver will end up after installation. I am trying to see if some of my rear receiver accessories will be able to fit into a front receiver and still clear the front of the car. Thanks!

Check out the picture I attached. In it you can see that the hitch opening will be right at the same distance out as the bottom of the license plate. I don't have an exact number I can give you but this would allow you to measure from the bumper to the bottom of the license plate to know where the hitch will end up.
