Do you have to cut or modify the fender or spoiler for installation?

To install the Curt Front Mounted Receiver, part # C31012 the lower portion of the front bumper fascia will either need to be removed or trimmed.
The instructions provided for this receiver are very specific and comprehensive complete with color photos and a diagram showing where the fascia piece needs to be trimmed as well as the dimensions for the trimmed portion.
I have included a link to the instructions for you to examine. Step number 9 of the instructions shows a very good color photo that details how the trimmed portion fits around the receiver.
