While the description gives the max tongue weight it does not give the minimum. Depending on if i am loaded with water or not, changes my tongue weight by a few hundred pounds. Making the minimum weight is important to me, most of the hitches list there minimum tongue weight so i assume this one has one also?

The minimum recommended tongue weight for the Fastway E2 Weight Distribution system is 400 lbs. This has been confirmed by my Fastway representative.
Fastway offers the same system that includes the weight distributing shank, part # FA94-00-1000. The shank offers a maximum rise of 6-3/8" from top of hitch receiver opening and a maximum drop of 1-5/8" from top of hitch receiver opening. The trailer ball is sold separately as part # A-90 for a 2 inch ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball.
