The Rampage padded center console # RA34023 for the 1986 Suzuki Samurai is not supposed to interfere when folding the back seat. But if you go by its measurements you can determine if it would be a problem with your particular set up. The console is 14 inches front to back, 6 inches wide, and 14 inches tall. No one has complained yet that it interferes.
