No power from 56083 connector. How do I know if it has a tow package. Lexus rx350 2014

The only way to know for certain is to contact at Lexus dealer with your VIN to determine if you have the tow package. Sounds like you are missing some relays or fuses under the hood of your 2014 Lexus RX 350 that will allow the trailer wiring harness to be active.
There is a tech note for this harness that it may require additional components such as relays or fuses depending on how the vehicle is equipped.

How did you resolved the issue. Did you find you needed a relay. My fuses are installed on line but no lights on trailer.
