Question:
Im rewiring an old boat trailer and Im having problems pulling the old wire through the frame so I can pull new wire along with it. Is the wiring/harness sold in this kit suitable to just zip tie on the top of the chassis/outside of the tubing on the boat? Are there any issues with the wiring being exposed to fresh water as sold?

The wiring harness included with the # TL16RK LED Trailer Lamp/wiring kit would work perfectly fine zip tied to the trailer frame (or you could use the clips included with the kit). I'd recommend running the wires on the inboard side of the frame members if you can, so they're well protected.
I used this method to rewire my PWC trailer about 5 years ago, and it still works great. I've had absolutely no problems regarding wire exposure.
