Replacement 7-Way and Harness Recommendation for a 2000 Ford F-150

Updated 03/01/2016 | Published 02/28/2016

Question:

I have a 2000 f150 nonflare side 5.4l xlt 4x4. Confused on what wiring assembly I need. Currently, the vehicle has a 7 pin hooked up but it and the wires that are connected to it are damaged. For he harness that connects at the frame, one is for the 7 pin, and it splits and has a connector that also feeds the tail lights. Not sure what harness to use that has unique connector for the 7 pin and another unique connector for the tail lights. Pic 1 is the main connector at the frame behind spare, pic 2 is where it splits and supplies power to tail lights.

Thanks for sending in the picture of the connector you have on your 2000 Ford F-150. All you would need to replace then is the part # 118242 for a new 7-way that would plug into the connector you have on your truck.

This will include a few relays and fuses that you don't need, but this is the only way to get the parts you need from us.
