Question:
What size wire is need to install 2 of these lights on a 20 foot trailer
asked by: Brady J
Helpful Expert Reply:
Super high-efficiency LED-type lights such as the Optronics # STL211RCB draw so little amperage (current) that you can wire them on your 20-foot trailer using 14-gauge (or heavier) wiring. We offer 10-gauge wire # 10-1-1 by the foot.
You will want to use Right Angle 3-Wire Pigtail plugs # A47PB since this is the connector used for these lights. We also offer a mounting bracket # BK70BB and grommet # a70gb that are used together for a surface mount installation.

FYI: After doing some research, I believe that the Optronics STL211RCB taillight fixture requires one each of the A47PB and A49PB pigtail adapters to wire it properly.
